Susan was born on the 25th march 1964 in leeds to Francis and the late James Pratt.
Susan lived in leeds all her life and recieved her education at harehills middle school and then roundhay high school.
Susan then went on to become a beautiful and successful part-time model while also working at the stakis casino for 9years as a receptionist. She later went on to become a carer, working in nursing homes and looking after the elderly.
susan was a beautiful person inside and outside. she lived her life to the fullest and took every day as it came.
she lives behind her, a mother, brothers, nicky, desi ,raymond, simmion and andy and sisters, rosie and addy.
also, her only daughter melissa and her grandson niall, who meant the world to her.
susan may not be with us anymore in body but her spirit will be with us and she will never be forgotton. she will always be in our hearts.

Do not stand at my grave and weep, i am not there, i do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow i am the diamond glints in the snow.
I am the sun on ripend grain, i am the gentle autmn rain.
When you awaken in the morning hush, i am the swift uplifting rush, of quiet birds in circled flight, i am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry i am not here, i did not die.
Dont grieve for me, for now im free, im following the path god has laid you see.
I took his hand when i heard him call, i turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found peace on that day.
If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, oh yes these things i too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, i wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My lifes been full, i savoured much, good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, dont lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your hearts and peace to thee, god wanted me now, he's set me free.
